Customer support, please do this: Is there a way to solve my problem immediately without all these back-and-forth emails? Recently, I had some issues with a tool I pay for… Now, tell me why I was discussing the same problem with their support team for a whole week? 'Customer support guy: "Have you tried this?" Me: "Yeah, I’ve done that!" …Two days later… Customer support guy: "Can you take a screenshot and let me see real quick?" You know how that conversation ends—haha. But what if they did it this way: 1) They add an option that lets me call them directly from their software. 2) When the support team picks up, they can see my screen. 3) Within 10-15 minutes, they solve my problem, and everyone can move on quickly. … I don’t know, what’s your stand on this?
