Thank you to the firm leadership and employees. I cherish daily the opportunity to work with such great professionals and stewards of the Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services brand. We are in a “what have you done for me lately” business. Our successes are many, may I share a Bradford success-story “top ten” list? Along with a few of my many soundbites….   1) Extensive Market Reach: Bradford has leased and sold over 150MMsf of CRE assets since inception. 2) Strategic Local Presence: Solely operating in DFW, Bradford is approaching 20.0MMsf of asset assignments; leasing, brokerage, and/or Property Management relationships. 3) Investment Velocity: Our HNW Investment Management Program is in full bloom. Fund IV is in an active capital raise. https://bit.ly/3YRwaT1 4) We check the boxes: The Firm averages over 600 CRE transactions annually. Bradford is a “groundswell” of market reconnaissance.  5) Private, Connected in DFW: We are a DFW “boutique” among giants, CBRE, Newmark, CushWake, and JLL. Similar DFW legacy firms, private, local leadership, is our domain. 6) Need Deal Flow?: We have a “crop-duster” mentality. Low to the ground, visible. Closing a chapter on a leadership journey is never easy. It’s tough to step back after pouring so much passion, energy, and heart into something and to let others take the baton. Leadership isn’t just about the time spent or the goals achieved; it’s about the relationships built, the challenges faced, and the growth experienced along the way. While it’s hard to say goodbye to Engage Dallas, I’m grateful for every lesson learned and every person who has been part of this journey. Though this chapter is ending, the impact will continue to shape my path forward.
