Market Research and Analysis ● Conduct research to identify new market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. ● Analyze data to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities. 2. Sales and Partnership Development ● Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue. ● Identify and establish partnerships with retailers, boutiques, and online marketplaces. ● Manage relationships with existing clients and partners to maximize opportunities. 3. Brand Development ● Implement and manage branding strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation. ● Coordinate with designers and creative teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials. ● Oversee social media and digital marketing efforts to build online presence and engagement. Operations: 1. Supply Chain Management ● Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely production and delivery of products. ● Manage inventory levels and logistics to meet customer demands. 2. Financial Management ● Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to ensure financial health. ● Monitor expenses and optimize cost-efficiency in operations. 3. Customer Service ● Oversee customer service operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. ● Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback efficiently and professionally. 4. Administrative Duties ● Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including order processing, documentation and management ● Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Key Skills and Qualifications: 1. Business Acumen Strong understanding of business development, sales, and marketing principles. 2. Ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities. 3. Operational Expertise 4. Experience in supply chain management, logistics, and inventory control. 5. Financial management skills, including budgeting and cost control. 6. Marketing and Branding 7. Knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and branding strategies. 8. Creative thinking to develop innovative marketing campaigns. 9. Customer Relationship Management 10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders. 11. Strong customer service orientation. 12. Multitasking and Organizational Skills 13. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. 14. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Experience ● A minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, operations, or a related field. ● Experience in the fashion industry or a strong interest in fashion and accessories is highly desirable. Educational Background ● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, or a related field.
