I think there's a level of competitiveness and competition that I feel is artificial and people think that, that, you know, by closing the door on somebody, then then you put yourself in a better spot. That's never the case. That's never the case for women. It's never the case for Latinas. It's never the case for it's never the case for anybody. I mean, like I've, I can open doors and still walk through the door with somebody right next to me. So I look at it almost says help me help you. Like, like I will do you a favor. And at some point you will also help me kind of like bring me up.
