❌It’s not just about crossing finish lines🏁 🚴🏽♂️In sports as in professional life not only the result should be important but also the process to get closer to successfully tackle our challenges. 🔊Today marks an important milestone for me as I have been selected to form part of the Nova 111 List in the Healthcare & Life Sciences vertical. 📝A list made up of 111 talented professionals under 35 with the potential and projection to transform their sectors and industries. Last month, Emil Oprea, our 𝐹𝑢𝑛𝑐𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛𝑎𝑙 𝐿𝑒𝑎𝑑 𝑜𝑛 𝑃𝑟𝑜𝑑𝑢𝑐𝑡 𝑂𝑤𝑛𝑒𝑟𝑠 𝐶𝑜𝑚𝑚𝑢𝑛𝑖𝑡𝑦, went again to Italy to deliver another workshop for the CGMers out there. This time, he teamed up with Matteo Ziboni, 𝑉𝑃 𝐴𝑔𝑖𝑙𝑒 𝑀𝑎𝑛𝑎𝑔𝑒𝑚𝑒𝑛𝑡 𝑂𝑓𝑓𝑖𝑐𝑒 & 𝑃𝑟𝑜𝑑𝑢𝑐𝑡 𝑀𝑎𝑛𝑎𝑔𝑒𝑟, for a 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 with all the 8 teams within the 𝐏𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐜𝐲 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭. More than 𝟑𝟎 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬, 𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐬, 𝐔𝐈/𝐔𝐗 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐬 participated in this full-day workshop. Emil showed them the 𝐎𝐆𝐒𝐌 that we have created in Romania and lead them on how to create their own strategy and achieve their own goals. The practical part was to work on a real objective regarding their participation at the expopharm Fair in Germany, in October, where they want to present new innovative solutions. After working in teams, they came up with a correct objective, with 6 goals, action points, deadlines, and owners for each item. As we speak, the Product Managers are working on the 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐩𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐬 and they are continuing the work, because at the end of the month they will present the results until now. And, of course, after this objective is achieved, after October, they will continue with other objectives and other workshops by Emil. Product meetings like these simply stand up perfectly for our values, that define us so much: 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐦, 𝐏𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞, 𝐃𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞. And we are grateful for each activity and each human involved all over the world.

New year and a completely different starting point! A little over a year ago, I joined Ascendis Pharma as the first commercial person on the ground in Europe to build, enable and drive the Commercial expansion. What a journey it has been so far! Great people and great products supporting patients every day in Endocrine Rare Diseases. The Commercial expansion has truly accelerated. Kicking off the European strategic direction start 2023, building our German & Austrian Commercial organizations from scratch to get launch-ready for our first product launch in September 2023 and recently our second product launch in January 2024, while hiring GMs for next territories - it’s been a busy and very exciting year! Ascendis Pharma and working together in the Global Commercial Leadership Team Camilla Harder Hartvig means high-paced Commercial expansion rooted in strong science and making a real difference for patients.
