This statement really hits home for me - I've experienced firsthand the difference between grinding away at a job and investing in my own growth. Early in my career, I poured all my energy into climbing the corporate ladder and basically making money for other people. Thankfully it's a long time since I've felt like this... however I know what it used to feel like and it ain't good!
