This is a well respected dealer/auto repair facility in California. As a kid, I remember going to 'Flectcher Jones' with my Father to look at the latest Cheverolet cars when they were based in Los Angeles. Way to go 'FJ' AAA winners at that....Congrats.

Fair Market Valuation can help in the event of a dispute. Example: The owner of this 2001 Jaguar XK took his car to a local Quick Oil Change facility. The shop did not tighten the oil drain plug properly which ultimately resulted in engine failure. The shop did the right thing and offered to buy the car from the owner and offered what they felt was a fair price for the car. The owner of the car rejected the offer stating that this was an "EXCELLENT" condition vehicle prior to the engine damage and was demanding a substantially higher amount than the shop was willing to pay. The shop hired CFL Auto Appraise to provide them with a Certified Fair Market Value Appraisal Report. I was able to find that the car had previously been a total loss and had a branded title, which drastically reduces the value of the vehicle. I was also able to identify the areas of repair and document that in the report as well. In need of help settling a dispute?
