Day 15 🎄 British Canoeing Awarding Body joins the Federation of Awarding Bodies The Federation of Awarding Bodies is the collective voice of the awarding and assessment sector. It provides access to influence the industry through its governance structure and a platform for sharing high quality provision. Full members are Awarding Organisations that are regulated by public regulators governing qualifications in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland (i.e. Ofqual, SQA, Qualifications Wales and CCEA). BCAB is committed to continually strive to maintain world-class qualifications and awards to learners and look forward to utilising the opportunities that our collaboration with the Federation of Awarding Bodies will bring.

Did you attend the Business Aviation Ireland 🇮🇪 Conference? The #IGBAA conference at the world famous Adare Manor is one event in the aviation Calendar you must attend. Ireland is a great EU choice for Business and Business Aviation, a Gateway to Europe and with US 🇺🇸 pre clearance, a valuable bridge to the Americas. I covered the favourable taxes, corp tax #capitalallowances #employer taxes and double tax treaties and a superb registry. Also I covered Ireland exceling as an aircraft financing and leasing hub on the panel. Most importantly though and to be underlined is the Human element : Ireland has high digital skills, education, a young enthusiastic work force, a neutral, stable political environment with excellent growth prospects, strong banking and of course English language and common law in Europe. You have to love it. Did you know there are some world class operators that can provide sufficient substance to qualify for the quality registry. A big thank you to Joe Buckley and Josh Stewart whose passion, energy and hard work made this a go to international aviation event with superb networking opportunities. My conclusion is get to Ireland 🇮🇪 and experience it yourself, and those that do apply to Ireland for their Business Aircraft will be delighted with the strong professional network of support infrastructure, experience and Knowledge in Ireland and of course the beauty and legendary friendly welcome of the country.
