Childcare centres play a crucial role in the development and well-being of children, especially for working families. They provide a stimulating environment that promotes social interaction, prepares children for school and help establish routines while keeping children's safe. #ChildcareCentres #ChildDevelopment #EarlyEducation #WorkingFamilies #NurturingNextGeneration #Educators #SafeEnvironment #SocialSkills #SchoolReadiness #CommunitySupport #XapSupports #Xap #XapChildcareManagementSoftware

Read the feedback from a Flight Lieutenant who is a satisfied mother regarding our education and childcare services at Little Fellow Daycare & Elementary School "Little Fellow is a place where your child is safe and secure. It goes beyond just focusing on education, providing a nurturing environment where children can thrive in all aspects of life. The program ensures that children meet age-appropriate developmental milestones and offers excellent support for parental counselling and parenting. As a satisfied mother of a daughter, I can say that Little Fellow is more than just a daycare or school to us. My daughter is growing at a good pace ,thriving with the optimum requirement as per her age just because of her second home, not merely a school or institution Cheers to Little Fellow!" #education #littlefellowsfamily #littlefellowdaycareandelementaryschool #littlefellowprimary #littlefellowschool #Littlefellowdaycare #littlefellowchildcare #education #childcare #Joy #prosperity #childdevelopmentspecialist #childcareprovider #childhoodmemories #ChildFriendly #earlychildhoodeducation #earlychildhooddevelopment #ecce #ece #ecd #ageappropriatecurriculum #AgeAppropriate #ParentalFeedback #parentsfeedback #happymother #HappyParents #childeducation #childdevelopment

Seeking coachable, community-minded afterschool leaders to join our growing team of acclaimed children's education afterschool providers. Reach out for details to take your career to the next level with iKids U.
Dear educators, We’ve all been there. Navigating parent-teacher meetings while managing the demands of daily life. It’s a challenge we can all relate to. While this struggle hits home for many, it's one that recently came into sharp focus when I had the opportunity to collaborate with a school. They were grappling with the delicate balance between teacher meetings and the essential need for childcare, for both parents and teachers. We stepped in to offer a solution - our ability to provide childcare when it was most needed for parents AND educators. Because our program isn't just about accommodating parents; it's about recognizing that educators are also part of the same community, and we're here to support them in every way we can. If you're in the education world and looking for a partner who understands your unique challenges, iKids U is here to collaborate and find solutions together. Let's continue the conversation and discover how we can work together to make a difference in our communities. 📚🏆 How can iKids U help your school make life easier for you? #TexasSchools #InnovativeSolutions #iKidsU #AfterSchoolCare #STAAR

Outdoor classrooms are essential in modern childhood. A once a week slot in a forest school isn’t enough outdoors for many reasons: 1. A balanced mix of outdoor experiences contributes to comprehensive neurodevelopment in primary age children. 2. Under fives require three hours movement per day (NHS requirement) one hour rigourous and adult led. 3. In January 2022 it was reported many children were spending average 3 to 4 hours per day on screens! Ideally they will be asleep 10/12 hours so that leaves 8/10 hours which will mainly be in school or childcare. Our children (and their parents) are addicted to devices we as schools need to facilitate that loss in our curriculums. Let’s get children outside to learn more.

I recently attended a Positive Discipline for Childcare Providers program workshop by the Positive Discipline Association focused on early childhood classrooms, and I’m eager to share my experience. Thank you to the incredible presenters, Cheryl Erwin, Cristina Sanz Ferrero, and Steven Foster, for such an engaging and informative session. I learned so much about encouraging children and understanding their developmental needs. The workshop emphasized positive phrasing when talking to children and the importance of considering their perspective. These were invaluable reminders that I plan to implement both at home and with my mentees. Three standout moments really resonated with me: 1. Discussing our aspirations for children to become assertive, independent, and strong-willed adults, yet recognizing our unrealistic expectations for them to be passive, pliable, and obedient as kids, otherwise, they are labeled as “misbehaving.” 2. The experiential exercise where we discussed the importance of considering the child’s perspective and using positive phrasing when talking to them to better support their developmental needs. 3. Steven's insight that “mistakes are wonderful opportunities to learn but not for me” emphasized our need to model positive reactions to mistakes, as we often tend to be our own worst critics. Working with children can be challenging, but understanding and implementing positive discipline strategies can enrich the experience. I highly recommend this workshop to anyone involved in early childhood education or parenting. #PositiveDiscipline #EarlyChildhoodEducation #ProfessionalDevelopment #ClassroomLeadership #Workshops

Childcare workers help preschool-age children prepare for kindergarten. Young children learn from playing, questioning, and experimenting. Childcare workers use play and other instructional techniques to help children’s development. For example, they may use storytelling and rhyming games to teach language and vocabulary. They may help improve children’s social skills by having them work together to build something in a sandbox. Or they may teach about numbers by having children count when building with blocks. They also involve children in creative activities, such as art, dance, and music. Childcare workers may also watch school-age children before and after school. They often help these children with their homework and may take them to afterschool activities, such as sports practices and club meetings. #childcare #southafrica #nannylife #aupairs #homecareagency #sharing #tech #Care
