Here is how you may have cheated yourself, especially as an entrepreneur. Please read through👍 📌Profit is simply your revenue minus all relevant costs to product/service rendered. ✅️Have you noticed how some entrepreneurs shortchange themselves by assuming relevant costs to their calculation of profit to be ONLY those huge and obvious costs incurred? 📌Examples of such "neglected"costs are: 1)Transportation 2) Cellotape 3)Subscription 4)Advertisement 5)Interest on loans 6) Every other logistics that is involved in bringing the product/services to a point where it is ready for sales. 🎯Those immaterial and insignificant costs now, when aggregated most times, would result in a material amount. So please properly include all relevant costs. 📌You may need to get some of these costs on a pro-rata basis. Is this clear? ✔️Without properly defining your costs, you can not get the correct profit. ✅️Let's not go too far. Just use the last three business months, then try calculating your profit again.
