Today, I had the pleasure of speaking with one of Newterra’s newest team members, Tracy, who has joined our Customer Experience team. She'll be instrumental in assisting our existing customers with everything they need—from parts and technical support to billing inquiries and, my personal favorite, helping them purchase their next Newterra system. Engaging with new employees like Tracy always brings fresh perspectives and renewed enthusiasm. She, like many others, is incredibly passionate about how Newterra's work positively impacts the communities we serve, our environment, and future generations. While I often reflect on these aspects, nothing fuels my own enthusiasm more than the excitement shared by our newest colleagues. I wanted to share an example of the projects that make us proud: We recently collaborated with a major engineering firm in the municipal water treatment sector for a large privately owned utility. The project, designed for 30 MGD (million gallons per day), represents the largest GAC pressure vessel installation on the East Coast, according to our local representative. Key highlights of the project: 21 CP40K-12 Systems 42 twelve-foot diameter GAC vessels 21 valve racks enabling operators to run systems in lead-lag configuration This system is expected to meet the recent PFAS regulations released by the EPA. A crucial design requirement was flexibility; the vessels needed to accommodate other media, including evolving solutions using novel materials, which we successfully integrated into our offering. 🚀 𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐔𝐩𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞! 🚀 We are thrilled to share an innovative application we are currently implementing with a leading aluminum production company via trails on site with one of our 𝐦𝐨𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐞 𝐩𝐢𝐥𝐨𝐭 𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐬. Utilizing our 𝐆𝐄𝐀 𝐖𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐟𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐚 𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐎𝐒𝐃𝟑𝟓, we are taking significant steps to address a crucial challenge: eliminating the oil content from the emulsion waste produced by hot rolling mills. To achieve this and taking advance of our in house technical and engineering think tank we have integrated our 𝐩𝐢𝐥𝐨𝐭 𝐦𝐨𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐞 𝐎𝐒𝐃𝟑𝟓 𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐝 with a comprehensive set of components designed for enhanced performance: 1. 𝐌𝐨𝐝𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐎𝐒𝐃 𝐛𝐨𝐰𝐥 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭: Exchanging the bowl by OSD35 to WSC 25 using a bilge type bowl as well as the hood so as to have the appropriate inlet and outlets 2. 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫: Adapting in our skid an electrical heater as to reach the desired separation temperature due to absence of any other heating medium. 3. 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦: Ensuring efficient heat recovery while cooling the clean emulsion, enabling its return at an optimal lower temperature. 4. 𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐝 𝐏𝐮𝐦𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦: Engineered for reliable and consistent flow, crucial for maintaining process stability. 5. 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥 𝐂𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐭: A fully integrated control solution that offers precise, user-friendly operation in a space-efficient design. 6.
