5 things I lived by to hit 122% in my first year as an SDR 1. Play to Your Strengths - If calling is your jam, dial more! Focus on what you do best. 2. Optimise everything - Review your outreach, A / B test & look for ways you can improve it. 3. Metrics are ESSENTIAL - Look into your numbers, a consistent input will lead to a consistent output. 4. Pains > Features - People don't care what you do, they care how it solves their issues. 5. Personalize Your Follow-Ups. Show your customer you know them. Just do the basic things right again & again.

If you know your metrics, you'll know what you're doing wrong and can then fix it :)
What if calling is your jam, but the numbers you are getting is either not reachable/ existing or you can't find anyone's number 😢
What metrics were the most critical for you?

Personalizing follow ups is mentioning recent events of prospects. Right?

7moGreat tips! One note: play to your strengths in year 1… if your strength is phone calls! Otherwise, I’d focus on turning that weakness into a strength. It going to be hard for most reps on this environment to come out the gate in year 1 so good at writing emails that they are hitting their numbers that way IMO.
