Sure! I would like to attend the 2025 Launching Leaders Worldwide Africa Conference, here are my few suggestions to enhance experience and impact; 1) Mentorship Opportunities: Incorporate structured mentorship sessions where participants can engage with experienced leaders in their fields. This could be through one-on-one meetings or small group discussions to ensure that participants gain valuable insights and advice. 2) Youth and Women Empowerment Initiatives: Highlight sessions and initiatives focused on empowering young leaders and women in Africa. This could include scholarships, grants, or partnerships with organizations supporting these groups. 3) Sustainability Focus: Integrate conversations about sustainability in leadership and business practices. Address how leaders can build eco-friendly, socially responsible businesses that contribute to the sustainable development of Africa. 4) Post-Conference Support: Consider offering post-conference follow-up sessions, webinars, or a community space (such as a private online group) where attendees can continue to network, collaborate, and access resources shared during the event. Who else would like to attend? ✋ #Mentorship #Empowerment #Sustainability #Networking #Support

Make sure ALL of the executives that you bring to conferences will answer key questions the same way. The worst thing you can have happen is mixed messaging. Do rehearsals and practice sessions to ensure this doesn't happen.

Hot take: panels at conferences are not good because both the questions and answers are improvised and are necessarily surface level, as opposed to the more traditional talks where the speaker has prepared for months or years about the specific topic they're presenting on.

Interesting conclusion. Would be worth discussing in a panel on one of the next conferences.
