The 2024 TSMO Award category winners will be honored on August 28 at the AASHTO (American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials) CTSO Annual Meeting. At the awards luncheon, NOCoE will also announce the Overall Winner, chosen from these four category winners and will present the Joey Sagal Leadership Award to an individual who has contributed nationally to growing the practice of TSMO.
