In July 2024, Park Circus and Cinema Rediscovered teamed up to invite UK-based curators to pitch a 4-5 title repertory season idea curated from the Park Circus library. The selection was based on the following criteria: Quality of The Idea, Originality, and Audience Potential (with rights clearances an additional factor). LED direct view display in cinemas - it is becoming more and more of a talking point, particularly in China, where the most rapid adoption is happening. It's amazing that there are now 18 manufacturers in the cinema LED / direct view display space (at least, 18 that have DCI certification, needed to show mainstream Hollywood content...) That sound like a huge number, 18 manufacturers. However, with a current market share of (much) less than 1% (!) that leave 3 active manufacturers in the digital cinema projection space - yes, that's 3 manufacturers taking up the other 99% of market share. How to trust such a mean so-called insensitive, arrogant, and adamant global company with a sense of entitlement and NPD, and why choose LG products that offer the worst services after sales and evade/refuse to give a legitimate legally valid invoice and e-receipt and exploit the consumer rights victimizing a senior citizen elite LG consumer for the last more than 3 years in a silly issue damaging its own credibility for silly narratives?
