"Quantum experiment" Back in 2016, when I began my PhD, I didn't know how to use a multimeter properly. However, I put in an effort and dedication and learned from my knowledgeable team. Below, you can see the outcome of my work — a complex AMO experiment that combines atom and ion trapping within a single system. #PhDProgress #DedicationPaysOff #AMOExperiment #lasers #coldatoms #iontrapping #quantumcomputing #quantumtechnology #quantumsimulation #engineering

I conceived an experiment aimed at exploring the impacts of weak magnetic fields on cancer cells while they're acoustically levitated. This configuration would have enabled us to ensure that sound waves' mechanical stresses do not affect the cells, using a Raman spectrometer. While this experiment remained unrealized, I'm sharing the concept here in the hope that it might spark someone's interest and inspire them to bring it to fruition. 🧪🔬 #Science #Ideas #Innovation #biology #ramanspectroscopy #cells

In our quantum biology experiments, it's essential to maintain an experimental environment, free from any disruptive external magnetic fields. To achieve this, I've incorporated an active compensation system for magnetic fields, using a 3-axis HH coil. For instance, consider the case where magnetic field along Z is actively adjusted to 10 µT, while we still detect external magnetic fields along the x and y axes. This versatile system also has the capability to generate rotating magnetic fields, further enhancing the precision and control of our experiments. #QuantumBiology #ResearchInnovation #MagneticFieldControl #biology #physics #magneticfields #helmholtz #PID🧪🔬💫

🔬 Acoustic Levitation + Raman Spectroscopy 🦠🔊 In my simulation, I used acoustic forces to suspend cells within specific regions, as indicated by the white areas in the plot. This technique holds the potential to the field of biophysics when it's combined with Raman spectroscopy! Are you interested in this project? let me know, we can talk👩🔬👨🔬 #CellManipulation #Simulation #Biophysics #AcousticLevitation #biology #microscopy #biotechnology

"What's it like being an Iranian professional in the US? 🌍" I've had the privilege of studying at some of the finest universities and collaborating with world-class researchers. But despite my top skills, the road to my dream job has often been blocked due to my nationality being from one of the designated countries. Sometimes, it takes a whole year just to get a visa, and not everyone understands the challenges I face. Nevertheless, I've learned to turn these challenges into opportunities. They've pushed me to find innovative ways to showcase my skills. 🚀 I'm optimistic to see a future where science knows no borders, where opportunities are truly open to all. Let's work together to make that vision a reality! 💪 #DiversityInSTEM #ScienceWithoutBorders #quantum #physics #entrepreneur #biotechnology #technology #AMOExperiment #lasers #coldatoms #iontrapping #quantumtechnology #quantumsimulation #engineering #aps #scientific #physicsfommunity
