It provides insights into the development and practical use of this resource, aiming to bridge the gap between NICU bedside expertise and clinical research, where nurses' perspectives are critical but often overlooked. 💡 Why This Matters: Neonatal drug development faces unique challenges. Trials frequently miss endpoints or yield unclear results, with limited collaboration among stakeholders. Neonatal nurses, central to NICU care, are often excluded from crucial trial design discussions—leading to protocol deviations, unnecessary study burdens, and even failed trials.
