Let's talk the D word and not that one. Divorce, debt and death. And what do all these three things have in common? They're very private matters and not everybody wants to talk about them. And in my business, I sometimes and one of the few people that get to hear it first, whether someone's going through a divorce, they're struggling with their finances or there's a death and we need to take care of their estate. You need to make sure that whoever you pick as your realtor in my profession, that what do we have discretion, that we handle your private information? With the virtue of withholding it to other people compared to honesty, which is a virtue of telling the truth. That's the difference. I need to make sure that these very sensitive topics are handled with care and that I make sure that I protect your confidentiality. So the next time you are working with a realtor or you have a very private matter going on in your family, make sure you choose someone that you trust, that you do have a relationship with, and someone that you want to share this very personal information with.
