Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our IT consulting and IT services firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development within the technology industry, with a proven track record of identifying opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive landscape.
* Analyze industry developments and technological advancements to stay informed about the market.
* Ability to organize creates and executes a successful marketing campaign.
* Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research.
* Develop and maintain a pipeline of opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Lead generation/Prospecting amongst corporate clients, SMEs, public sector
* Manage and follow-up on existing Prospects via email, site visit and phone call business deal yet to be finalized and close the sales.
* Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts.
* Actively seek out new sales opportunities through research, cold calling, networking and social media
* Update and log lead’s information into CRM
* Setting up meetings with Prospects, pitch and identify prospects needs/pain point.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
* Expands sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and services, developing new applications.
* Cross sell - Meet with procurement manager on vendor registration for benefit of future business opportunities with them
* Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
* Schedule initial presentation (demo) with a consultant to explain product and services enhancement, the software functionality and capabilities to prospects.
* Collaborate with the technical and product teams to create customized proposals that address client needs.
* Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close deals and achieve revenue goals.
Job Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
* Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in business development and sales within the technology industry. (Digital Transformation tool and ERP Solutions)
* Strong understanding of technology products and services.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
