In my opinion, what is defined as professionalism is often exaggerated because everyone has their personal interpretation based on their interactions with individuals, situations, or things. This is the first point I can mention from my meeting with Jonas Bröms. I expected a series of common and typical questions and answers, but the conversation was so good and professional that it required a different definition. Jonas Bröms conducted a thoroughly professional and comprehensive review of my product. He not only provided significant guidance in hard skills but also offered important insights for my career and professional path, some of which I can highlight: A part of the user persona we consider is within the overall definition of User persona, while this definition should be formed in two aspects: Buyer persona and User persona, and a specific strategy should be considered for each. Using small things in the technical field, like HTML5 and a basic familiarity with them, can give you good hints about the progress of the product. This time of year is particularly rough for me. As a high powered woman leader with the hustle and bustle of the holidays, four children, each with their own activities, needs, and agendas, it is easy to lose a sense of identity, a sense of joy, a sense of meaning and purpose. However, as I was closing out a project with one of my clients with whom I have partnered with all year, I felt a sense of loss and also a sense of gratitude. I learned that through 'servicing' others, my meaning and purpose is amplified. In 2023, my focus was to work on 'letting-go' of things that were completely out of my control and didn't serve a purpose. In 2024, my focus will be on feverishly sharing my gift of service to help others find meaning and purpose in their lives. Power of One Thank you my Carro Thailand team for the February performance, I appreciate your good teamwork, energy and efforts. Great things in business are never done by one person, they are done by a team of people who focus on the same mission. What I like most about the retail business is the month end closing when I can see all team members start to push the team, we can feel the energy flows and the adrenaline rush. Some with happy faces and smiling and some with sad faces and droopy eyes, maybe still short of one unit to hit the target. My personal advice to my team this month, learn from the mistakes and think about the Power Of One. Think about the extra one thing that can move the needle from bad to good and from good to excellent. If we had only done that one more thing that will make big improvement to our performance. If I sell one more… If I contact one more prospect every day.. If I create one more posting in social media.. If I completed the document one day earlier.. If I buyin one more stock everyday… If I created one more ticket everyday.. and Many more….. This is what I call Power Of One, the one extra thing that can make big impact to the performance. The extra one effort will be the key to make all the difference, extra minute when you talk to customers, extra kindness you provide to your clients, extra phone call you answered, extra ticket that you contact, the list is endless but the different is infinite. If you want to be the best, then the power of one is the distinguishing factor between good and excellent. All the best and let us together make March to be Excellent.

Merry Christmas everyone! I wanted to take a moment to express just how grateful I am for your support. From the very beginning which wasn’t long time ago, (it was June 2023 when I started to post , I remember I was happy for having 4K views and 500 followers! ,I couldn’t have imagined I would hit half a million views in 6 months and more than 4000 followers in couple of months) but I couldn’t have achieved it without your support! I learned from you guys that support doesn’t necessarily need to be something physical! you've been there for me, cheering me on and helping me through the tough times. I feel incredibly lucky to have such a great network like you in my corner, always willing to lend a helping hand or a listening ear. The senior professionals do come across this kind of situation, and their response carries great importance and hence it must be crafted very carefully. One must do following under such situation. 1. Critical assessment of the situation in terms of cost, capacity, quality, output, root cause, safety and so on. Use all technical, commercial, behavioural tools to have correct and accurate analysis. With better analysis, decision will be based on facts & the decision making becomes easy. Don't miss any tool that will help in providing correct information. 2. Have clarity of objective- what must be achieved & what must be avoided. Think of short term and long term objectives, customer satisfaction, efficiency, optimized output & deliveries, reduced down time, costs and so on. Use polls and interviews with top stakeholders. 3. Brainstorm solutions with team of diverse and creative background, 4. Carefully analyse each solution to know pros and cons of each of them. 5. Decide best action plan focused on priorities & prepare milestones  6. Have good monitoring and control on the implementation. When the situations are dynamic, all the response as mentioned above must be validated for it's worthiness at appropriate interval of time. And if required, the entire process must be repeated.
