Is University dead? Probably not, but apprenticeships are a very real option - and they are a powerful tool for positive change. Honoured to be part of the discussion with our Shadow Secretary of State for Education, Bridget Phillipson, in the National Apprenticeship week. We talked about democratisation of qualifications, workforce enablement, career shifts, transforming industries. Being part of this journey - though not without challenges - I can tell that the revolution traditional industries need starts with people, and apprenticeships are a brilliant tool to leverage for company, career and personal growth. Very much recommended! Thanks Multiverse for this opportunity! #nationalapprenticeshipweek
💬 "It's really important we have greater recognition of the role of apprenticeships in our society - so that it signals a genuine route that should be there for young people, and people throughout their lives." - Shadow Secretary of State for Education, Bridget Phillipson It was a pleasure to host Bridget at our offices yesterday! She spoke to some of our apprentices about their experiences, ambitions and desire for more people to explore apprenticeships as an option for them. #nationalapprenticeshipweek #NAW2024 The Labour Party

This National Apprenticeship Week we’ve been celebrating our fantastic apprentices. Internally we’ve been showcasing individuals who’ve chosen to upskill themselves and over the next few weeks, we’ll spotlight these individuals across our socials. Apprenticeships provide value for both the individual and the employer, and contrary to popular belief, there is no upper age limit! They are a great option for those wanting to pair real-world experience with learning that provides #SkillsForLife. Would you consider an apprenticeship? #NAW2024 #NationalApprenticeshipWeek
