What We’re Looking For: Proven experience (5+ years) in an HR management role, preferably in a creative or VFX industry. Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and best practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage employees at all levels. A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to handle sensitive issues professionally.
