Inclusion and belonging have a direct impact on business - boosting innovation and creativity. As Jim Bailey says in this short video, at Capgemini we see it as a business imperative. For emerging technologies like AI, inclusion, representation and diversity are fundamental to how they are both developed and applied. One year on, over 16,000 colleagues have participated in our ‘inclusion circle’ discussions across the globe on topics like unconscious bias in the workplace, the value of diversity and inclusion in business, breaking the bias in technology and making it human-centric. These open conversations, without judgement, between a cross-section of team members typify Capgemini’s inclusive culture. I have personally hosted some of these and found them insightful and informative. But don’t take it from me - in this short video colleagues share their experiences. https://bit.ly/3THh0Mo
