Perfect timing Peter Georgariou (he/him)! I was literally just coming on here to talk about the holiday rush and you popped up. So for my followers - here is a reminder from me...and Peter...to check yourself as you head into the final week before the holidays. 1. assess your to-do list and divide your list into what is absolutely urgent and what can wait until after the holidays 2. working yourself to the point of exhaustion so you can take a holiday makes no sense You deserve this time off. You have worked hard all year. Your body and mind need the time to rest and recuperate. If you want to come back energized and excited about what 2024 has to offer than you must rest. Otherwise you are going to come back exhausted and overwhelmed before we even get started. I will remind you of the post I have shared a few times: Instead of asking "have I worked hard enough to deserve rest?" Try asking yourself "Have I rested enough to do my best work?"
Rushed to relax? There’s got to be a better way. #holidayrush
