🌟 Sharing a personal journey with you all! Recently, I faced an unexpected health challenge—mysterious lower back pain that's left me on a quest for answers. In the fast-paced world of media buying, where I clock in long hours in front of a screen, this experience has been a vivid reminder of the pressing need for self-care. Now, don't get me wrong; one of the greatest joys in life is doing what you love, and I'm passionately dedicated to my work. Recognizing the importance of nurturing both body and mind to excel, I'm reigniting my love for yoga this week. I initially embraced this practice during the pandemic but hit pause during life's twists—a decision I now acknowledge as a mistake.
