Exciting news: CHL has officially opened a new Perth office in Subiaco! Conveniently located, this office will serve as a central hub for our operations enabling us to better serve our customers and work more collaboratively with our partners to continue delivering on our mission of providing affordable housing for all. To celebrate the official opening, our lovely staff were joined by our esteemed guests the Subiaco Mayor David McMullen and Aboriginal Elder Liz Hayden who provided the Welcome to Country and Smoking ceremony in the presence of local partners and customers. Long-term CHL customer Ciannan Temete enjoyed the Smoking ceremony and said, "I have been with CHL for almost 10 years now and having my own home has been important in helping me gain my independence." Special shout out to our staff who made the day such a success and social enterprise coffee cart Grow & Grind and the catering company Gather Foods for the delightful coffee and food, making the day even more memorable!
