1dTeam Cleartrip Writing after a disappointment with the experience we have with your team in regards of booking ticket. The amount of Rs 105914 is stuck since June 17 and the amount is not small to be ignored. We are from a middle class family and this amount matters alot. Is this any purposeful way to serve your customers? Upon calling, the agents are being very rude and keep advising the same thing to wait for 48 hours to get an update. How many more 48 hours we should wait to get our money back? This is really annoying and pathetic. I totally understand a normal procedure of refund timeline but now there is no more patience left. I have been dealing with depression lately and this refund thing has been giving me mental stress. As an average man, I also need to pay bills. I do not wish to escalate this matter further but if the issue is not resolved in a timely manner, I will go further and include legal authorities for help. Please get back to me as soon as possible.
