I am a home chef and as we are growing we are looking for outsourcing non-productive activities. I started with delivery and choose Porter as our delivery partner, they were little expensive but the time they saved for me compensated for it. Initially things were all good, then post delivery they started charging additional without stating reason, I also paid assuming total distance may have increased. Yesterday was the worst day, 2 set of deliveries and they charged me additional which got me frustrated. In one case original charge was 115 and revised 189 and in second case from 176 to 271. So I reached their customer care which spoke like a bot, all standard answers, I was told the additional charges are waiting charges, but there seem to be no waiting. My questions to Pranav Goel and Uttam Digga 1. Why don't you show break-up of charges in the invoice? Where is the transparency? 2. Today, I don't know what is the additional charges for waiting time, why? 3. How do you ensure your delivery partner don't spend time here and there between 2 deliveries? 4. Do you get audit of invoicing system and also your customer care support? For now I will have to look for alternatives and say bye to Porter.

For Revenue side, we won’t discuss 😊 Its in the form of “ बड़ाई” in tariffs, set aside बधाई 🫣 since its already calculated by masses (No of Subscribers X Tariff Changes). Now , we talk about Main Expenses Heads, Viz, Gifts, Contracors for Mandals , Decorations, Security, Vehicles, Housekeeping, Clothing, Travel arrangements, Hotels booking, Fuel, IT support. ( Not deep diving in all Expense heads). Work Allocation:- 1.Defining Project in ERP by IT Support Team. 2. Agreements with Contractors by Procurement Department . 3. Drafting/Vetting of Agreements & its clauses wrt Price, Deliverables, TAT, payments etc. 4. Vendor Code Creations, GL Codes creation/Mapping etc. 5. Actual Execution monitored by Administration, HR, SCM, Stores and other departments teams. 6. Processing of Payments wrt Agreement clause(s) &keeping in view Tax Compliances. 7. Timely MIS with respect to Actual Spend , Budgeted outflows, Any escalation(s)in extreme cases. 8. Local Compliances wrt Government guidelines etc. 9. Monitoring Actual Deliverables vis a vis Agreed SLA Deliverables. 10. Overall Reporting to One Head SPOC. This Wedding is also a Brand”s Indentity on Global scale and its intentions to spearhead in Global Markets, might be indirectly.
