Today’s Staff Spotlight features Glenn Pinder, Territory Sales Consultant for Pinder’s Security Products, A Division of Allmar. Glenn has been with Pinder’s for 26 years and when asked what he enjoys about working for the Allmar organization since 2022, he highlighted the “good leadership, safe and fair work environment, team spirit, development opportunities, and good values!”    Glenn enjoys making a difference for clients in his role, particularly “the variety in dealing with clients in various sectors, the relationships with vendors, consultants, and coworkers, the challenges and problem-solving I get to assist with daily, whether it’s product selection, logistics in delivery, or various coordination.” However, “the reward is always the opportunity and ability to make a difference -- helping with solutions.”    When asked what he most enjoys about our industry, he highlighted the constant evolution of maintaining the security and safety of both people and property, as well as the evolution of the business itself: "Having been in a family business with Pinder’s and now with Allmar, is having witnessed such progress in the last quarter-century!”    Fun facts about Glenn: He enjoys RVing and playing cribbage.
