Today the 2nd of January marks our first day back in the office. As the Christmas Tinsel is put back into the box for another year. It's a great day to reflect on what's behind a great year of customer growth and product development, but also look forward to the expectations of the new year. We start the year with some key product development including Regimental funds, Group Travel and the eagerly awaited Kit re-launch. Whilst we are extremely proud of the challenger role that we play in the market the real focus has to be on how we challenge ourselves. With the product refresh, we are focusing on our products and services, so that they continue to meet their needs and offer even better value, with the product innovations we believe we are breaking down barriers for our clients, making it even simpler to transact. As we approach February with our new policy wordings we will have secured the next step in our transformation journey for the most simple approach to insurance for our military clients. Our focus has been to get products to market that make a difference but we are focused on defining excellence as the products mature. In the words of George Elliot "It is never too late to be what you might have been", it typifies consumer duty to constantly reassess and redefine how we serve those who serve. #consumerduty #review #innovation #challenge
