The training focused on the importance of creating a respectful workplace environment, the importance of civility, acceptable workplace conduct and behaviors that contribute to an inclusive workplace. Ultimately this speaks to building a positive culture. Creating a pleasant place where we can all enjoy coming to work. Men at work! We are approaching a significant date: on May 1st, we celebrate workers all around the world. The date is related to a dramatic event occurred in Chicago 1886 during a workers’ demonstration. Our thoughts to all those who struggled and struggle for rights.
