Subir Verma Your insight about the challenge of #rebuilding trust after #forgiveness is spot on. I vividly remember a time when our team faced a major setback due to a miscommunication on a critical project. Trust was shaken, especially among our future leaders who were still finding their footing. Instead of letting the situation fester, we initiated a series of team development workshops focused on #transparency, #accountability, and open #communication. One pivotal moment was a team-building exercise where each member shared past professional mistakes and how they overcame them. This fostered empathy and mutual respect, laying the groundwork for renewed trust. Through these efforts, not only did our team's #cohesion improve, but our #emerging leaders also learned the #invaluable lesson that #trust, once broken, can be rebuilt stronger than before with the right effort and intention. Thank you for highlighting such a crucial aspect of team dynamics. Your post is a powerful reminder of the importance of trust in leadership. #TeamDevelopment #Leadership #TrustBuilding

Being the daughter of a CEO, I am intrigued and can relate…but also think this era is much more complicated than it used to be. I’m sure my dad would agree- simply you’ll find success by treating your employees or co-workers well and celebrating them with every win. By not thinking you are any better than the people who come and clean your offices- regardless of your position. By producing results and putting words to action. The advice he’s given me throughout my lifetime has been invaluable. If I had listened to him sooner I’d be living on a yacht somewhere. His checklist: Ask your boss what goals- unrealistic or not- need to be met in order to get a raise of xyz/per year or hour. His boss when younger at American Express told him things he believed were unattainable. My dad wrote them down in front of him, and came back to him with the checklist completed. Denying that raise wasn’t an option. Another one of his biggest tips, shockingly, is to read every email before you press send. This makes me laugh because of my constant need to correct his grammar. Still great advice that has saved me numerous times. I’ll ask him about AI and working from home versus being in the office and texting instead of calling or emailing. The inundation of opinions and comments and social media posts. Those entering the workforce who grew up glued to iPads, missing out on climbing trees or having conversations face to face without the distraction of a phone. I believe it’s those who value old school ways of thinking in addition to staying ahead of the curb technology wise. Curious of the opinions of those who know better than I do. What generations are we finding most successful? 🤔 🤔 🤔

🔥 This post came up in my feed, and after watching it a few times, it really made me think. If Bill Gates, the inventor of modern computing as we know it, is being told by his daughter that email is outdated for personal communication, it begs the question: ↦ ↦ When the rules change, who decides how they change? ↦ ↦ ↦ Is it the inventors or the users? As the next generation rewrites how we communicate and interact, are we staying connected with these shifts and adapting fast enough to keep up? How do we, as leaders and innovators, ensure we remain relevant when the very tools we created are evolving beyond our original vision? I’d love to hear your thoughts! ⚠️ Side note; 'Lit' does not mean Literally 🤣 #AdaptToChange #Innovation #GenerationalShift #TechnologyEvolution

Feeling overwhelmed by the constant stream of thoughts and tasks is something many of us can relate to. It's like having too many tabs open in our minds at once. But just like with a cluttered browser, it's essential to step back, assess what truly matters, and close the unnecessary tabs. Bookmark the ones for later, and focus on closing the chapters that need attention now. Taking time to reflect on our priorities helps us manage the load without feeling overwhelmed. Remember, it's okay to pause, regroup, and tackle things one step at a time. 🧠💡 #Mindfulness #Prioritisation #OvercomingOverwhelm
