What's the deal with hiring? You spend all this time writing the perfect job description, post it everywhere, and then what do you get? A flood of resumes that have about as much relevance as a weather forecast from last week. Seriously, why do half of these people even apply? But here’s the kicker: after you’ve spent hours sorting through the pile, you’re still left wondering if you found ‘the one’—and I’m not talking about your soulmate, I’m talking about that perfect candidate who isn’t going to ghost you after a month on the job. Wouldn’t it be nice if there was a way to skip all the nonsense? Just get straight to the part where you’re chatting with a handful of candidates who are actually excited about what you do—and *gasp*—might even be a perfect fit for your team? That’s where we come in. Our platform is like your personal hiring assistant—minus the awkward small talk. We build you a custom talent pool of engaged candidates so you can skip the resume roulette and go straight to hiring. It’s fast, it’s easy, and it might even make hiring *fun* (yeah, I said it). So, what do you say? Let us take the hiring hassle off your plate, and you just focus on growing that empire of yours. #HiringWithoutTheHassle #TechSavvyLeadership #Startups #GrowthMindset

Being a stand-out employer is pretty easy these days. You just need three things: > Honesty. > Transparency. > Kindness. Job seekers are tired of applying to ambiguous job ads and interviewing with companies that sell them a false dream. If you instil honesty, transparency, and kindness into every aspect of your hiring process… You’ll find it much easier to attract great candidates. I promise. #Hiring #Startups #Transparency

Talent Shortage is a myth. The real problem is simple: You’re invisible. Your startup looks just like everyone else’s. Your job descriptions are cookie-cutter. Your compensation packages are forgettable. We’re drowning in a sea of: ❌ Cloned business models ❌ Corporate jargon overload ❌ Basic benefits no one cares about Stop blaming the market. The real issue is you’re not compelling enough. Ask yourself: Why should anyone choose you? Ditch the tired job postings. Lead with your company’s true personality. Communicate a bold, authentic vision. Blend in, and you disappear. Pro Tip: Before hitting "post" on that job ad, ask yourself: “Would anyone apply for this?” Pro Pro Tip: If your job post is taking more than 6 months to fill in a position, probably because it sucks. P.S. If this hits a nerve, stick around for more no-nonsense hiring advice. #talentacquisition #jobads #hiringtips

Why fire fast, when it’s slow to hire? That means you or someone on your team has to cover for the role since no one is in it. Instead of firing fast, think about moving that person into a role that fits their skills. This allows you to buy back your time with them doing something else in your business, & creates a great work environment Don’t get me wrong, if you have to fire someone than go ahead, but don’t hire slow either. If it takes longer than a month to fill a position, than something is wrong with your hiring process or the job description doesn’t connect to the candidate Because there are so many people looking for a job, it should be easy for a business owner hire someone. Experience doesn’t matter if you know how to train, personality & soft skills matter more because most of those can’t be taught step by step. Overall, firing fast & hiring slow does nothing good for business, but make hiring costly & gives your company a bad rep in the long run #Hiring #teambuilding #entrepreneurship

Have you ever worked with someone who slowly got worse over time? At first, they seemed "perfect" both on paper and in the interviews, and they even impressed you and your team when they started. They seemed great initially, but then the excuses started, and their work didn't hold up to their promises. They didn't do what they said they were going to do. Can you think of anyone on your team like that now? Most people tell me that at least 50% of people they've hired were never as good as they thought they'd be. Here's the thing about hiring. There's no perfect unicorn right out of the gate; the best hires and relationships stay on the same path for an extended period of time. They are always getting better. Relationships are similar. You don't want to hire for the honeymoon phase; you want to hire forever. The best people I've ever hired became perfect over time. They didn't "check every box". They didn't have all the" experience required". They didn't have "the best resume." Perfection happens over time. Perfect hiring is the result of hiring for alignment and potential. They continue to show up and get better. Companies that win hire more high-potentials. Stop looking for perfect. Start looking for potential. What's your experience? #hiring

🏁 Ever faced the ‘start/stop’ phenomenon in hiring? 🏃♂️💨 You know how it goes: a sudden "flood" of resumes hits your inbox at the start… and then suddenly, it’s like a drought! 🌊➡️🌵 What’s going on here? It’s frustrating, right? 😤 You’re left hanging, wondering if the best candidates are even in the mix. It feels like a race that starts strong but fizzles out before the finish line 🏅—and you’re still searching for that perfect hire. The “start/stop” phenomenon occurs when recruiters prioritize speed over depth. 🚦 They rush to submit candidates quickly to beat competitors, but that often leaves the deeper market untapped. 📉 A comprehensive search takes consistent effort, focus, and a commitment to finding the right candidates—even if it takes a bit longer. ⏳ If you’re tired of the sprint approach and want a marathon strategy that brings top talent to your team 🥇, let’s chat! 💬 Comment below or book a call through the link in the comments to explore how we can transform your hiring process. 📞 #RecruitingChallenges #TalentAcquisition #ExecutiveSearch #HiringSolutions #FrederickFox

Hiring managers often hesitate to hire candidates with a history of job jumping. While understandable, this preference can be taken to an extreme. Everyone wants long-term employees considering the costs of hiring in time and money. However, one or two short stints should not count against you. If you're looking to work for a startup, it's essential to have experience in that field. Don't be surprised if your resume shows a couple of short stints. It's all part of the experience, and it's what makes you a valuable asset to a growing company. It's worth noting that hiring managers who turn down candidates for having short stints often have them on their resumes as well. It's all about context.
