Once you apply, now before even moving to interviewing you first, they demand a customized work sample for the company and its not just 2 posts for design or 200-300 words for writing, this is around 6-8 posts, 800-1500 word count content on the topic given by then. This is ultimate dilemma that the companies are misusing people and gaining content out from them in the name of hiring. #HIRING #hiringfrauds #recruitmentfraud
