In advocating against the integration of AI in coaching, I firmly believe that the human touch is irreplaceable. The essence of coaching lies in providing unconditional positive regard and empathetic responses, aspects that an AI virtual coach may struggle to authentically replicate. While I acknowledge AI's potential in research and content creation, replacing real-life coaching with technology risks sacrificing the depth of understanding and interpersonal skills that only humans can offer. Let's prioritise preserving the unique qualities of human coaches while exploring AI's role in a supportive capacity. What are my fellow coaches views on maintaining this crucial balance? #HumanTouchInCoaching #AIIntegrationDebate
