Bruno: "As someone who only used the word ‘credit’ right before the word ‘card,’ I was intimidated to jump into the accounts receivable management industry. But when I did, I had members reach out and not only introduce themselves but also answer all my questions about the industry. That warm welcome has really changed the way I see this entire industry compared to what is portrayed in the media." 📢 Q: Tell us 4 fun facts about you! 1. I love the water—oceans, lakes, beaches, pools, you name it. In another life, I would have been a merman. 2. Before landing in this industry, I was planning to go into the medical field. 3. I have a wide variety of interests, ranging from ancient mythology to unsolved murders/mysteries to understanding society and the trends and factors that change it. 4.
