Top 4 Productivity Hacks For those days when you have a lot to get done in a limited amount of time 😣 As a result of these hacks, my productivity and creativity have soared!!! ➡ Avoid Multitasking: Don't multitask. It only creates chaos and leads to mistakes. I've been focusing on doing one thing at a time, and I'm crossing tasks off my list like there's no tomorrow. ➡ Write Down Top To-Do's: Start your morning, or the night before, by writing down the five most important things to do that day in a notepad. I used to jot things down occasionally, but since reading David Allen's book "Getting Things Done," I've become more consistent with this practice. ➡ Meditation: Meditation is like exercise for the mind and helps focus your thoughts. A fit mind is crucial for a productive life. I look up 5-minute guided meditations on YouTube, which is highly recommended. ➡ Stay Off Social Media Feeds: Social media feeds are a huge distraction. Be intentional with how you spend your time on social media. Tim Ferriss cracked the code on productivity. I tried it, and here’s what happened: Tim Ferriss is the author of The 4-Hour Workweek, host of The Tim Ferriss Show, and a productivity expert. Recently I watched one of his video on “How to be Productive”. He shared two things in the video: 1. 10-20 minutes meditation in the morning In 2023, I started doing meditation. I have tried many forms of meditation. But one meditation that I feel like doing is this: Sitting for 5 minutes and do nothing! Frequent 2 to 3 sessions during day can turn you happy throughout the day. 2. The habit of asking questions to yourself. I faced difficulty in asking questions to myself. Even what kind of questions to ask. So I have figured out one way and most famous people also do is: -> Pick up one question. Set a time and start writing till the time runs out.
