One of the important topics of the discussion was the challenges of rising costs and common efforts to manage this risk. For the past three years, I've attended the Enlit Africa conference, one of the largest energy conferences on the continent. Each year, I get to do some exciting work for our client, executing the strategies we've developed and seeing how they unfold on the ground. Strategy is dynamic and often changes in real-time, but by now, we've gotten the hang of it at these conferences. What I always look forward to is seeing how other companies are innovating and implementing their strategies to attract people to their stands. This year was no different. Some stands had some really cool features, and it's always great to learn from other marketers who are doing amazing work. Attending Enlit Africa 2024 was another fantastic experience, and I can't wait to apply what I've learned to our future projects. #growth #marketing

On Saturday, our Chief Consulting Officer, Ondrej Stepanek, had a moment of fame when he stood in front of the Česká televize camera and cleverly talked about the expansion of Czech solar companies abroad. 👏   Czech companies are surprisingly competitive in the international environment. Paradoxically, we build even fewer large solar parks domestically. At Greenbuddies.eu, we observe several obstacles to installing large-scale PV in the Czech Republic, such as problems with land-use planning, little experience with PV on the part of authorities and institutions, poor awareness of renewables among the public, and other administrative obstacles with local governments.   However, we are already observing that the trend is turning and that the next solar boom is imminent.
