This move comes as Intel faces declining revenues and increased competition, leading to a need for cost-cutting measures.   Unlike larger corporations, tech startups might offer more job stability during these times because each employee's role is critical to their operations. And now, they can even send the same tedious AI "personalized" messages as everyone else - at the click of a button. Which means overwhelming competition. Technology layoffs are increasing at an alarming rate, and AI replacement is the primary reason behind it. This trend is concerning because highly skilled professionals with good degrees and experience are now at risk of being replaced by algorithms. The improper adoption of technology by big organizations has contributed to this problem. What's even more worrisome is that once these companies realize the value of skilled staff, it will be too late as they would have already moved on. The economy's future in the wake of this trend is yet to be seen.
