Happy Friday, Network! 😎 What a great week, took the advice from last weeks post and hunkered down and focused on productivity vs being busy. Carved out calendar times to focus on knocking out important work to help unblock the teams so we could move fast together. As a founder we were told to expect your company to break roughly every time you double. 😪 Boy were they right. 📡 Increased Complexity: As the number of employees grows, the complexity of communication and coordination increases exponentially. 🎙 Communication Overload: With more people, keeping everyone informed and aligned becomes more challenging. 🔂 Cultural Shifts: Maintaining a cohesive company culture becomes harder. While we are far from perfect, putting in place some operating norms and focusing on operational excellence has started to show returns. 📈 What's something you seen that has helped with growing team and the watch outs above ⬆ (ie. weekly all hands, tools, communication approaches etc.) all tips welcome! Startups are definitely a rollercoaster but wouldn't have it any other way! Now for the literal rollercoaster... 🎢 😝

Saint Valentine unites loving hearts, and we are business soulmates ❤️ Now, every Wtech participant can present themselves, their business, interests, and find the right people! Just a swipe away! This became possible thanks to the partnership between Wtech and Business Match — a project that brings people together based on business interests. Business Match is an app for finding investors, mentors, clients, and new professional connections. What's the value of the Wtech & Business Match collaboration for community participants: → Ability to create your own business card. → See information about each Wtech participant, what they are looking for, and how you can be helpful to each other. → View announcements of all events, which can be easily added to your personal calendar with one click. "Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok solve the same problem for different generations. There is only LinkedIn for finding a professional environment. We and our team have taken the courage to create a social network for entrepreneurs and professionals of the new generation and solve the basic problem with dating mechanics!" — noted Andrii Ostapchuk, founder of the social business network Business Match. "The main strength of Wtech Global lies in uniting our networks. We join forces with BusinessMatch to maximize and expedite the process of finding new professional environments for our participants. Special thanks to Andriy Ostapchuk for supporting our ideas and values!" — commented co-founder of Wtech Viktoriya Tigipko.

Helping business leaders drive growth by building a culture of innovation & creating compelling products. | Founder, Apollo 21
That say it's lonely at the top. Founders seem to agree. That's why I started Feast of Founders. Once a month, I host a dinner for tech founders and senior-level folks who want to meet likeminded people in a low-pressure environment. Yes, it's a networking event — but I've yet to see a business card at the table. Sure, you can "pitch" other folks at the table, but do you want to be pitched over dinner? Sure, you might meet an investor, but it's not the *there-there* for the evening. The Feast of Founders is truly aimed at helping facilitate introductions to interesting people. Everything else that one might expect or hope for from "networking" activities is ancillary. And ya know what? It's working... 🗓️ April FoF (tonight!): FULL 🗓️ May FoF: FULL 🗓️ June FoF: FULL Seats are now available for July and August. (Link in comments.) Join us for a feast. Meet some awesome folks. Have a grand ol' time.

Tech founder, accelerator builder, and mom of 4. Growing PDS Lab and building Theanna for women tech founders.
I received my first membership cancelation. And I'm 85 days into this business model. ➡️ Here's what happened... What I teach at PDS Lab is the foundation of product development for bringing ideas to life. I share resources, community, workshops, support—you name it—for women at the idea to launch stage of building tech. One of the best things this business does is show women what is all involved in building a tech company. All the work, effort, and multi-disciplinary factors that go into building a business from scratch. It's THE perfect place for a very low cost for you to decide... "do I want to be an entrepreneur of a tech business?" Because we lay it all out on the table. And this founder decided that it wasn't time for them to build a tech solution. She left me with this, though: "I think you built a really wonderful support system for women building product and looking to raise funding." So I received my first cancelation, but the business works. Think of it this way... It's better to decide through this process that being a tech founder isn't in your cards than to spend thousands of dollars and hundreds of hours on something you're not a fit for. Want to learn more about PDS Lab, send me a DM! --- Hi, I'm Nomiki, Founder & CEO of PDS Lab, a tech accelerator for women. I am on a mission to bring access to women building their first tech solutions through product training, education, resources, and community. Follow my journey as I disrupt the tech ecosystem by bringing ACCESS to women building tech.

Collaboration > Competition In the fast-paced tech world, it's easy to get caught in a competitive mindset. But what if we shifted our focus to collaboration? Imagine the possibilities: 1. Faster Innovation: By sharing ideas and resources, we can accelerate breakthroughs and problem-solving. 2. Stronger Networks: Collaboration fosters connections and creates a supportive community for learning and growth. 3. Mutual Success: We can all rise together by uplifting each other and leveraging each other's strengths. At Cyberverse Labs, we believe in fostering a collaborative environment where everyone can thrive. Here are some ways we embrace collaboration: Knowledge Sharing: We host workshops and events to share knowledge and best practices. Mentorship Programs: We connect experienced professionals with aspiring entrepreneurs. Open-Source Initiatives: We contribute to open-source projects to benefit the entire tech community. What are your thoughts on collaboration vs. competition in the tech industry? Share your experiences in the comments! #collaboration #techecosystem #cyberverselabs
