If software developer job vacancies were US cities, these places would be ghost towns: 1. Phoenix 2. Philadelphia 3. San Antonio 4. San Diego 5. Dallas 6. Austin 7. Jacksonville 8. San Jose 9. Fort Worth 10. Columbus The 5th - 15th most populated cities in America… Empty. There are over 1.7M software developer job vacancies in the US. That shortage isn’t going away anytime soon. Moving software development outside of IT with citizen developers and scaling output with low-code tools are the best ways for businesses to overcome this talent shortage. Waiting around for more developers to spring up isn’t. You can’t afford to wait.

Continuously improve the application's performance, security, and reliability. Development of front-end: With the help of HTML, CSS and JavaScript frameworks and libraries, the developer must be able to build interactive user interfaces. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week determined by leadership site, with a general guidepost of being in the office 50 percent or more of the time based on business needs.
