For the majority of roles we used to recruit in this order. I’ve found better results reversing the order in our selection process. Of course there are specialist/technical roles that need specific skills to carry out the role but overall most skills can be learned to someone who has the right attitude and is motivated. #hiring #recruitment #hiringandpromotion #jobs
