Managers hide in offices not being on the floor to see how their staffs our performing but rather just relax an watch the CCTV... • Supervisors now and manager ls now care only about taking big salaries but neglect their roles which is the key role... • The competition is too much now and when you have poor management the rest of the team won't be productive and drive to result. Now the question is how to work with your team and to boast your sales 👇 • Dear Managers please follow up with your supervisors if they are giving proper training to staffs ( SOS) Sequence of service. • Do they do check list... • Briefings*** • Catch of the day..? You go in a restaurant now staffs just leave the guest to just say give me coffee wher as the waiter is the light of front of the house, they don't know how to approach a guest.

In all my experience working in the automobile industry, there have been a few traits that have differentiated a great F&I manager from a good F&I manager. One of them is strong devotion to commitment. How can an up-and-coming F&I manager stay committed? 1. Follow-up and follow through: no matter how hard it gets, make sure to keep your promises. Keep a to-do list to stay organized if you have to. 2. Be enthusiastic: enjoy what you’re doing and make sure that the customer is experiencing that enjoyment with you! 3. Stay consistent: focus on managing tasks daily for better efficiency and better performance! With those things in mind and this free pdf that I have that will help you handle rejections like a professional that I have below ⬇️, you’re one step closer to becoming a world class F&I manager! https://lnkd.in/ei3_5RTM

SOP, Working Instruction, and Training cannot guarantee success in running a good store operations. Deep inside there are deep undestanding in the business process and commitment to operate from the top management and cascaded down to all team, included the supporting crew in store like cleaning service. Training and documentation is one thing, yet implementing it requires repetitive series of implementation - inspection - review - and then repeat. It is not only the responsibility of the store crew but the show must be run from the top. In the store, the role of a good store manager is essential. People do what you inspect, not what you expect. If the store manager fails to understand, the store fails to implement. If the store manager fails to implement, the crew fails to make things happen.

🚨 On the Road with the Loss Prevention Team! 🚨 As the Loss Prevention Manager/Internal Audit Manager for JYSK Germany, I'm regularly out on store visits and sometimes with my two amazing Team Leaders (Carsten SöringMartin Riemer). Together, we’re performing quality controls on the store visits conducted by our Internal Auditors. Why is this important? Ensuring the highest standards in our stores not only helps us maintain operational excellence but also enhances security and customer satisfaction. By closely monitoring and improving our processes, we can better protect our assets and provide a safer shopping environment for everyone. Adhering to the highest Internal Audit Standards and conducting thorough internal quality checks is crucial for our success. While it’s not common for audit departments to share their activities on social media, we believe that transparency is key to building trust and demonstrating our commitment to excellence. In times of change, it’s essential to break old habits and introduce new internal department quality controls that were not present in the past. This proactive approach ensures that we stay ahead of potential issues and continuously improve our operations. Proud of the dedication and hard work of my team! 💪 #LossPrevention #InternalAudit #QualityControl #TeamWork #JYSKGermany #Transparency #ChangeManagement

Getting started sometimes proves to be difficult but it is important to just take that first step. The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step is what we have known over time but recently I heard it begins with transport fare. What exactly is the transport fare in relation with a professional or career journey? Is it consistency, personal branding, autonomy, or something else? I would like to kick off this challenge by sharing the little I know and what I have learned from researching about QMS (Quality Management System). QMS can be likened to a kitchen where all the cooking happens, so let’s take a walk into the kitchen. Quality Management System (QMS) is a structured system that defines processes, procedures, and responsibilities required to meet quality goals, customer expectations and comply with regulations. In essence, QMS is like a kitchen where recipes, ingredients, utensils, cooking and skilled chefs come together to satisfy customers preferences. There are 7 guiding principles of quality management and they include; ⭐️ Customer Focus: Customers preferences are the most important because they are the life blood of any business and the source of current and future revenue. ⭐️ Leadership: The Head Chef, a strong leader, unifies the team, provides direction, inspires and motivates his team to achieve organizations goals. ⭐️ People Engagement: The success of the kitchen relies solely on the various roles played by different chefs. Engaged and competent individuals become a significant asset to the organization. ⭐️ Process Approach: Viewing all kitchen activities as interconnected processes helps save time and resources while ensuring consistent and predictable meal quality. ⭐️ Improvement: Continuous improvement is inevitable. Based on feedback and the ever changing dynamics of the business, businesses can stay competitive and meet the evolving demands of the market by increased performance, seizing new opportunities and quick response to changes effectively. ⭐️ Evidence based decision making: Effective decisions in the kitchen should be supported by evidence (analysis of data and information) rather than instinct as this would help mitigate risk and maximize effectiveness. ⭐️ Principle of relationship management: The success and sustainability of the kitchen relies on maintaining good relationships with key parties such as suppliers. This ensures a smooth flow of materials, contributing to the overall quality of the final product. With QMS quality is ensured and delivered. #quality #qualitymanagement #qualityassurance #GMP

Teamwork is one of the most valued skills in the workplace. The ability to collaborate efficiently with other people to achieve common goals is essential in any organization. In this article, we will explore the importance of teamwork, the benefits it provides, as well as the keys to achieving success in this collaborative work dynamic. All members of a team are valuable, each one has strengths that together make things happen. I am going to give an example of the case of a pizza, several factors are needed to be able to make it; the correct ingredients, the chef who prepares it, the waiter who takes the order and very important: The customer who, with their support, will provide us with the correct metric of success. #teamwork #strenghts #skills #customercare #socialselling #makethingstohappen #achievinggoals #success #cnc #machinery #template #dynamic
