After four incredible months at GoRocky, I am leaving with a wealth of knowledge and experience. 🧡 I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to our CEO, Kiyanusch, for teaching me so much about building a venture and navigating the startup space. I am also incredibly thankful to our Category Lead, Joey, for mentoring me throughout my journey, especially in areas that were initially unfamiliar to me in category development. I feel truly fortunate to have worked closely with such passionate visionaries. Here are some key takeaways from my time at GoRocky: 📝 Making mistakes are essential. A startup’s foundation is solidified by the errors and failures it encounters. 📝 Be obsessed with your customer. Whether in operations, customer experience, customer service, marketing, or category development, it is not enough to merely know the customer; one must also empathize to fully understand and meet their needs. 📝 Culture and relationships are important. As we learn in business school, employees are your most valuable asset. GoRocky's culture and work flexibility made me motivated, efficient, and happy. 📝 A startup requires openness, adaptability, and flexibility. As a venture development intern, I had the opportunity to research and validate concepts, build an MVP, test different typeforms in new markets, create and test several Shopify landing pages, and launch key products on our e-commerce platforms. Rock hard, always! #GoRocky #VentureDevelopment #Pulse63
