Degrees Don't Define You, But Kindness Does ☑ Real education shows in how you treat others. You might have a lot of knowledge and degrees, but if you don’t respect and care for people, it doesn’t mean much. Being kind, fair, and helpful is what truly matters. Remember, people won’t always remember your qualifications, but they will remember how you made them feel. Treat everyone with kindness—that’s real education. Agree? As the world celebrated “International day of education” this past week I’ll like to urge individuals to actively choose and engage in self education. I’ll like to reiterate the fact that no one know us better than we know ourselves, thankfully the world is beginning to embrace the creative spirit in man, it’s our ability to learn and bring to reality whatever we are passionate about. To start from beginner level on self education Stage 1 observe: Being ignorant is simply choosing to ignore the facts. You know what they say “knowledge is power” Stage 2 doubt: Self limiting thoughts are enemy to practicing your knowledge. If you are willing to learn, then be ready to implement, avoid the trap of continuous education without implementation Stage 3 fear: When it comes to fear, you are the only person blocking your own path Stage 4 self: Think of self as all the excuses you give to your self for not making a commitment to self education Stage 5 criticism: Start small regardless of all the excuses and you will find people giving you their unasked for-advice aka criticism stage 6 discipline: Stay committed, by now you would have noticed people saying “you are lucky” stage 7 passion: Congratulations you have mastered your passion. P.S Think of self education as personal observation that reveals your deepest knowledge gap that if enhanced could change your life for the better. #selfimprovement #creativecommunity

Embracing Your Worth: Standing Tall Against Negativity in Education and Life🦾 In a world that often tries to undermine our value, it's crucial to understand and appreciate our own worth☺️. This is especially true in the realms of education and life, where we encounter various challenges and negative influences that can make us feel small 😢😢. Imagine you're in a classroom, working hard to solve a math problem. You're struggling a bit, but you're giving it your all. Suddenly, someone laughs at your efforts and says, "You'll never get it right, you're just not smart enough." This belittlement hurts badly😪, and it might make you doubt your abilities. But it's essential to remember that this negativity doesn't define your worth. Your worth isn't determined by a single test, comment, or setback. It's about understanding that you have unique strengths and capabilities that make you valuable. Just like a puzzle piece, you might not fit everywhere, but you have a special place where you can make a difference✌️✌️.In life, it's about knowing that your experiences, skills, and kindness matter, even if others don't always see it. So, embrace your worth. Be proud of the progress you make, however small it may seem. Remember, you have the potential to rise above belittlement and prove your value, both in education and in the grand adventure of life🤗🤗.

Co-founder VERSE Technology | Tech investor | Business Coach | Author | "Make mistakes of ambition, develop the strength to do bold things" —Machiavelli
From the moment I became self-aware until I was twenty-eight, I made the mistake of placing tremendous value on academic intelligence. I was dazzled by classmates who scored perfect grades. I automatically respected anyone with an honor roll GPA. I didn’t get the game and foolishly thought that school smarts equated to life intelligence. When I recalibrated my understanding of what true intelligence is, my world changed for the better. I realized I was very smart in many areas and quite foolish in others, and that everyone suffers from exactly the same thing. This allowed me to focus on emotionally charging forward in areas where I have natural intelligence and stop wearing myself out trying to reach levels in others where many have a natural advantage. If you’re stuck in the same limiting belief I had of idolizing those with "good grades," let me tell you, it doesn’t matter to the market, the world, buyers, society, or real adults. What you can solve, how you can move, what you make us feel and believe, what you explain, what you project, that’s what truly gets rewarded. Breathe and focus on what really matters. —A.

It is hard to leave teaching. Being a teacher isn't only a job; it is a defining personality trait. Teachers build themselves around how and what they can give to others. Parting ways with this career feels as if you are leaving an intrinsic part of who you are behind. But, it is also an opportunity to grow into someone and something new and equally wonderful. How exciting, to be able to start again.

Empowering Businesses to 'Pull the Plug' on Shocking Energy Costs | Founder of Out-Of-Contract Utilities™
In 2015, I moved to China. Grade 3 students taught me the biggest life lessons. I was asked to be a temporary Grade 3 teacher. It seemed like an easy gig. I said, "they’re only 7-8 years old, what do they know?" → I had some teaching experience. → The material in the books was basic. → So, I took the job on and made some lesson plans. Turned out they were child prodigies. They ripped my lesson plans to pieces, saying... “Mr Michael, Come on, we learned all this in Kindergarten" This experience taught me: 1. Never underestimate anyone (esp young people). 2. When initial plans don't work out be ready to pivot. 3. Continuous learning and flexibility are key to success. I had to think on my feet and... That's guided me in building Out-Of-Contract Utilities™ An agency helping businesses reduce their energy bills. I'm not afraid of change. I embrace uncertainty. I invest in continuous learning. These lessons have helped me grow my business and thrive.

Life Hack of The Day Your grades and degrees doesn't reflects your true education. True education reveals self-potential, more than just sows ideas. In school we learn to think alike, but true education is to learn how to think differently. A true education prepares you not only for living but also for life ..

Good morning my friend. The Morning Mantra-1335. Dr. Satheesh Kumar Menon. LIFE IS AN EDUCATIONAL PROCESS; U CAN’T OPT OUT IT. U EITHER LEARN THE LESSON OR U’LL BECOME THE LESSON. Life is inherently a continuous journey of learning, where each experience, whether positive or negative, serves as a lesson. This perspective encourages an attitude of openness & adaptability, urging U to embrace life’s challenges as opportunities for learning & development. Opting out is not an option in this educational process. Every situation U encounter is a chance to gain wisdom, develop new skills, or refine ur character. When U actively learn from ur experiences, U evolve & grow. This proactive approach to life’s lessons supports self-awareness & personal development. We become better equipped to handle future challenges, & ur enhanced understanding can guide us in making more informed decisions. Conversely, if U fail to learn from ur experiences, U risk repeating ur mistakes, potentially becoming cautionary tales or 'lessons' for others. This passive approach can lead to stagnation or regression in ur personal growth. The mantra reminds U of the importance of being an active participant in ur journey of life, encouraging U to continuously seek growth & understanding in all life’s circumstances. Every moment is a valuable part of ur lifelong education.

For most of my school life, I hardly ever hit the books for more than an hour before exams, yet I managed to pull off decent scores. Before you jump to conclusions, no, I wasn't a topper or a prodigy. I simply figured out how to do just enough to get a decent score. I had no ambition to do more than secure a middling grade, and our education system wasn't particularly interested in building knowledge. So those like me, with good memory, could get away with it. In other words, I was a "minimum guy." But what I was actually getting away from was curiosity, a love for learning, and tenacity. But wait, I'm not just griping about our education system. I'm highlighting a broader issue. When I stepped into the real world, I realized that the things I sidestepped - tenacity, curiosity, and constant learning - were what was critical to succeed. It took me a while and several hard years to get over it. The lesson? Don't settle for the minimum. Embrace learning, curiosity, and persistence. They'll take you further than you think.
