#Finally 5th semester has been wrapped and one more to go. here is my life learning not academic 😅 that i learned in my 5th Semester. 1). Not all People who you know are #Friends:- Maybe this one is something that Extrovert people don't like but it's true that all the people you know in your college are not actually your friends [even your batchmates :)] 2). Always #Hungry:- Here hunger is not for food but for opportunity, because not everyone of us has the placecom team like LSR has but we can still have our hunger for the opportunity. 3). Be #consistent:- Always consistent with the work that you have been assigned or you had self taken or for some it can be consistent with studies. 4). #College_Society:- As in final year students have an opportunity to work as President or be in the core team. Many of us got into the core team in second year but going for president is one favorite thing for students. Also, in the final year we have to decide how many societies we have to be present, Joining every other society is not a favorable thing. So that's my learning hope so it will be helpful to some of you. #linkedin #collège #finalyear #universityofdelhi #zhdce

12th Fail! You might have seen the movie “12th Fail” released on Oct 23, if not do see it once. It’s directed by Vidhu Vinod Chopra. This movie is inspired by real life stories. When I watched this movie, I had tears in my eyes. I was able to relate this movie with a student whom I know personally. Till 10th class, this student was topper or runner up in all the previous classes and won scholarships for class 5th, 8th classes. Things changed drastically when he opted for the science stream in 11th class. He was not able to cope up with the syllabus and he failed in the final exam of 11th class for Chemistry. These were the initial signs that things were not going right. Instead of deeper reflection, he opted for coaching classes for science subjects. While he was promoted to class 12th with a condition that he had to clear the pending subject before the final exam of 12th class. He cleared it by securing minimum marks only. This was just the beginning of the longest failure story of his life. He continuously failed 5 times in 12th class in the coming years. He decided to change the stream from Science to Commerce. All colleges denied admission to such a student so he attended a government college as a ghost student. It was do or die for him. He prepared day and night and cleared 12th class with commerce stream in 6th attempt. He secured top 3 ranking from his district amongst thousands of students. After this; the same student took admission in B.Com, stood as college topper and secured his place in the top 20 list of students from his university for all 3 years. He cleared MBA and UGC NET in Management in first attempt. He understood that it’s not over till it’s not over. Quitting was the easiest option but he took a stand to fight. He decided to change the path but not the destination. He attempted again and again. Dear readers, this student is “Harbans Lal Arora” who has written this article. Please share this to all students in your circle who are appearing for exams or who failed in any of the exams. This may be useful for many such students and can impact a few lives. #student #12thfail #failure #success #quitting #noquitting #fail #pass #science #commerce #restart

Reflecting on my journey, I've always believed that grades don't define us; they're just one aspect of our educational experience. Life throws challenges our way, whether it's family conflicts, test anxiety, or countless other hurdles. Yet, as students, we strive to maintain a good standard, not as a mere measure of our performance but as a testament to our commitment to learning and acquiring knowledge. This philosophy is a conversation I often have with my daughter. It's not about the grades; it's about the invaluable learning and the knowledge gained that truly matter. Recently, glancing at my fall 2023 semester final grades, it hit me differently. I recalled 2021 when I decided to return to school to complete my BA. Some doubted my capabilities, citing language barriers and suggesting I limit myself to a class a semester due to family responsibilities. Despite the skepticism around me, I believed in myself. It wasn't easy, but it was never impossible. With unwavering support from my mom, husband, and a few close friends, I embarked on this journey. I overcame the doubters and naysayers, never receiving a grade less than an A since I returned to school. It wasn't for anyone else but myself because when they doubted me, I doubted myself. Today, those doubts are replaced with confidence. While Bs may come as I navigate my Ph.D. program, they no longer matter. I know my capabilities, and I've embraced the liberation from others' preconceived notions. Today, I stand firm in the belief that I can achieve anything I set my mind and heart to. I share this to encourage everyone: believe in yourself. Your opinion is what truly matters. Only you can define your limits and capabilities. If it's what you want, keep going. The journey may be challenging, but the destination is worth every step. 🌟 #BelieveInYourself #EducationJourney #KeepGoing
