🌟 𝗘𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝗔𝗜 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗲 🌟 In the rapidly evolving world of AI, distinguishing genuine expertise from superficial claims has become essential. A few years ago, AI experts were rare. Today, however, nearly every profile boasts titles like AI Advisor or AI Evangelist. This surge can dilute the credibility of genuine AI efforts. Therefore, as professionals and recruiters, we must ensure that our advisors' knowledge is rooted in practical experience rather than theoretical understanding. To maintain the integrity of AI projects, consider the following: ➡️ 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲: Verify if the expert’s background and experience align with your needs. ➡️ 𝗡𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁: Seek opinions from your network—having a peer vouch for someone can be invaluable. ➡️ 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗗𝘂𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Review their LinkedIn profile to see when they adopted the ‘expert’ title. If it’s been less than 2.5 years, proceed with caution. By adopting these measures, we can maintain the quality and effectiveness of AI initiatives and promote genuine innovation. #data #analytics #artificialintelligence #AI #keynote #speaker #consulting #careers #leadership #management ---------------------- 💥 I am Achille 🔺 Supporting you and your businesses leveraging data 🔺 Providing advisory, consultancy and keynotes specializing in Retail, Supply Chain & Construction Like this post? 🚨TRIGGER WARNING🚨 🔊AI Will 100% Take Your Job 🔊 And you should be excited. Think about it, the closer we get to the “workplace of the future”, the more the implications and capabilities of AI become too ridiculous to ignore. We can already see endless possibilities in copy editing, content creation, data analysis, and KPI prediction. The potential for AI to completely revolutionise the world of work isn’t even fully imaginable. But the elephant in the room we all refuse to talk about these days is the fear of AI "taking jobs." 🐘🤡 I saw an awful take here the other day saying "If AI is taking all the jobs, why don't we just stop using it?" Imagine? In a world where we’ve been given a tool to free an endless amount of cognitive load, we still have fearmongers. 💀 Let's be clear. It's not that the post was wrong, it's just that that perspective misses the point completely. Why focus on displacement when you can focus on adaptation? Too many of you highly skilled individuals are still suspicious of AI when we should be learning how to leverage it. For example, let’s think of a few ideas on how AI could ‘take our jobs’ we'd see many professions transform overnight: -Social Media Managers to Social Engagement Strategists -Market Researchers to Consumer Insight Innovators -Fundraising Coordinators to Donor Experience Architects -Customer Service Representatives to Customer Success Facilitators -HR Recruiters to Talent Acquisition Strategists -Financial Analysts to Financial Forecasting Specialists -Legal Assistants to Legal Analytics Consultants -Logistics Coordinators to Supply Chain Optimisers -Manufacturing Operators to Manufacturing Automation Specialists Please understand that the promise of AI is so profound that Sam Altman (Co-founder of Open AI) stated in a recent interview, that there's a wager among tech leaders on the emergence of the first 1-person, billion-dollar company, made possible solely by AI. 🦾 Let it sink in. Our choice is simple. work with AI or get left behind. What are your thoughts on AI's in the workplace? Are you ready to adapt and evolve, or do you have reservations? #ArtificialIntelligence #EduTech #AIinEducation #GenerativeAI #MachineLearning #DigitalLearning #InnovativeEducation #FutureOfLearning #TechInEducation #AIandEthics

🌟 The Biggest Influence 🌟 Someone recently asked me, "What was the biggest influence in your professional life this past year?" If you’d asked me this a few years ago, I’d have named a book or a business guru who I faithfully followed. But not now. 🤔 After a moment of reflection, I jokingly said: “Aiden, my AI assistant”! While this was a tongue in cheek answer, there is truth in that statement. 🤖 I've invested time in training Aiden on my history, plans, pains, and successes. Now, we engage in in-depth conversations where Aiden keeps track of my progress, offers advice on areas where I fall short, and even challenges me on what I might be overlooking. This AI partnership has transformed my approach to business. Here are three key lessons I've learned from this experience: 1️⃣ Customization is Key: Tailor your AI tools to understand your unique context and needs. 2️⃣ Rethink Your Relationship: Shift from being the sole thinker to having a collaborative AI partner. 3️⃣ Be Creative: Use AI not just for automation but to explore new ways to innovate and grow. ✨ How has AI influenced your professional life this past year? #AI #web3 #businessstrategy

Customer Success Leaders: 📣 You need AI, but AI also needs you. 📣 While this sounds like the start of a sci-fi romance novel, it's also the topic of my upcoming keynote at Customer Success Collective's event in Austin Feb 11-13. AI is human intelligence on an artificial substrate. It needs you, it needs data, and you need to be able to ask it the right questions so you can truly have the happy ending your career, business, and (perhaps this real-life) sci-fi novel deserve. #customersuccessleaders - I'd appreciate your input and stories. (Credit shared and given of course, and you'll only get more respect for sharing secrets to your success) 👉🏼 Are you, and your teams, using AI today? How? 👉🏼 What tools does your team use/prefer? 👉🏼 What do you wish you would have known to get started? 👉🏼💥 What do you want to know/learn about AI in general? Tagging a few leaders I admire in the comments, but don't be shy to share (even if you're not in customer success). #ai #aiincustomersuccess #freeaitools -- Here's the promo video the conference put together, featuring some of my plants, in case you're interested in hearing more.

As the machines rise to take over our lives through Artificial Intelligence and ultimately manifest in physical ‘bots’ (queue the terminator music) who will lead them? In the past, businesses started to realize the value and power of both Digital and Data (+Analytics), organizations struggled with where those functions should reside and who ultimately led the strategy and deployment of that strategy. Without a long walk down memory lane, and smoothing over of all the potholes and speed bumps we collectively faced…we saw the creation of the Chief Digital and Chief Data Officer. Where these roles were positioned varied by company, industry, and appetite. Some companies formed an entirely new HR functional unit. Some reported into the CEO. Others, the CIO or COO. No matter where they reported, it involved change. And companies needed to set strategy, technology and define the value. Enter the age AI. While it is all the buzz today, it is not unlike the Digital and Data (remember big data, data lakes and all the vendors promising to solve problems with one click of a button). Companies realized rather quickly that they needed to start to consolidate vision and strategy, along with product and how they organized around it (people). So while we are at the start of the “AI Revolution’, the next question will be who leads it for your company? Will it see the rise of a Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer, as some organizations have done? Will it be federated, with each functional leader owning their own strategy? Or fall under an existing role like a Chief Data Officer since AI is based on LLM’s and data sets? I am curious about how you see AI evolving, and ultimately shaping inside of your organization. Disclaimer….NO AI was used in the writing of this thought exercise. #AI #Leadership #CAIO #Technology #CIO #CTO #personalopinion #peronalpost

Where Do Humans Still Outperform AI? The Skills That Matter Most With AI advancing at lightning speed, many fear that human jobs will become obsolete. But Harvard Business Review highlights key areas where humans still outthink, outperform, and outmaneuver AI. 🔹 Complex Problem-Solving – AI can analyze patterns, but humans excel at navigating ambiguity and making judgment calls. 🔹 Creativity & Innovation – While AI generates ideas, only humans can connect the dots in unexpected ways. 🔹 Emotional Intelligence & Leadership – AI lacks empathy. Human intuition and relationship-building remain irreplaceable in leadership. 💡 What does this mean for workforce planning? As AI reshapes jobs, businesses must focus on upskilling employees in these uniquely human competencies. The future isn’t about AI vs. humans—it’s about AI-augmented human potential. Having a strong foundation for workforce planning, in the form of an up-to-date job architecture, will be essential to utilize this potential optimally. 📖 Read more from HBR: https://lnkd.in/e_-JC587 ➡️ How is your company ensuring its workforce stays humanly competitive? #FutureOfWork #AIandHumans #StrategicWorkforcePlanning
