🌟 Celebrating Internship Week! 🌟 As we wrap up this incredible summer, We want to take a moment to celebrate our amazing interns (Vaishnavi Bhat, Samuel Saindon, and Dylan Sandrock), who have brought so much energy, creativity, and hard work to our team. 🎉 Throughout their summer Internship, we’ve seen firsthand the dedication and talent of these future leaders. Here are just a few highlights of their achievements: ·  Cross-Departmental Networking: Collaborated with various departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of AOT’s operations and company culture. ·   SOP Review: Ensured accuracy in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for each e-commerce partner and portal. ·   Logistics and Supply Chain Insight: Gained hands-on experience in freight forwarding, customs clearance, and logistics with the Traffic Team, and explored domestic shipping and supply chain management with the AOT Warehouse Manager. ·   Process Improvement: Analyzed supply chain processes and proposed enhancements to boost efficiency. ·   Market Research: Conducted in-depth research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging markets. We are incredibly proud of all the hard work and dedication our interns have shown. Their contributions have not only helped us achieve our goals but have also set a high standard for future internship programs.
