9moI have been trying to get my situation taken care of for idk how long with zero actual help. I am about ready to file with the BBB, my attorney, and since it deals with my bank and info in it I may have to just reach out to the federal authorities and go from there. I’m done dealing with your company and all I keep seeing is dissatisfaction from more and more customers everywhere I look hundreds of BBB claims filed against you and everyone saying you are a scam of company. If I don’t hear from an authority figure working for acorns that can handle any and all requests without needing to get approval from someone else I will be forced to call the FBI and file theft of personal information charges on the basis that I have told 20 people to unlock my account give me access so I could close it with no avail. This will be the last time I ask anyone. You have until 8pm central standard time and then I’m filing a report with several agencies and my attorney.
