Is it time to re-strategize? ⚡️Look⚡️: Leverage customer clinics, technology, and feedback to deeply understand how customers engage with your offerings. Use these insights to drive enhancements. ⚡️Listen⚡️: Ask customers about their experiences - not just with your products/services but also their journey with you as a supplier.
